Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
Plain-language terms written by us, not legal advice reviewed by an attorney.
Who we are
BravoRelay is a ramp operations software service operated by Bravo Relay LLC from Iowa City, Iowa. Questions about these terms go to maco.brunk.business@gmail.com.
What the service is
BravoRelay is ground-handling software for fixed base operators: crew task dispatch, hangar layout, fuel and ramp tickets, inbound flight awareness, and reporting. It is an operational aid, not an air traffic control, navigation, flight planning, or safety-of-life system. Flight and ADS-B information is advisory only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Never rely on it for aircraft separation, flight operations decisions, or regulatory compliance.
Not a system of record
BravoRelay is not a certified aviation data source and is not the system of record for flight operations, maintenance, dispatch release, duty time, or fuel custody. Position and flight plan information is advisory, may be delayed or missing, and must never be used for separation, terrain or traffic avoidance, or any operational control decision. Your own logbooks, dispatch system, fuel farm records, and accounting system remain authoritative.
You remain solely responsible for your regulatory obligations, including FAA, airport, environmental, tax, and fuel handling requirements, and for the accuracy and issuance of your own invoices. Exports from BravoRelay are a convenience for your back office, not a substitute for it.
Your account and your crew
You are responsible for the accounts you create, the access you grant your staff, and the accuracy of the operational data you enter. Keep credentials private and remove users who leave. You must be authorized to act for the FBO you register.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to track, surveil, or profile individuals, or to publish aircraft movements of customers who have not agreed to it.
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast data pulled from the service, or offer it as a competing tracking or data product.
- Share logins, probe or scrape the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to reach another organization's data.
- Upload unlawful content, malware, or personal data you have no right to hold, or use the service to harass anyone.
- Interfere with receiver hardware, the ingest endpoints, or the availability of the service for other operators.
We may suspend an account that puts the service, its data, or other operators at risk, and we will tell you why.
Subscriptions, cancellation, refunds
Subscriptions are billed per location on the term you select. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and access continues until then. New customers may request a full refund of subscription fees within 30 days of their first payment, no questions asked.
Hardware and setup are handled separately from that guarantee. Where you paid the one-time setup fee, it is refunded only if the receiver hardware is returned to us in working order within the same 30 days, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Where the setup fee was waived, such as with annual prepay or a design partner agreement, no hardware charge was made, so there is nothing to refund; if you cancel within the first 30 days you return the hardware to us in working order at your shipping cost, and if you keep the hardware past 30 days we may invoice you its replacement cost. Hardware kept after that window is yours.
Confidentiality and data isolation
Your operational data is stored and served under per-organization isolation, so no other operator can see your aircraft, tickets, crews, or customers. Our staff access your data only where it is needed to provide support or troubleshoot a fault, and we keep a record of that access. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with another operator or any third party except the service providers we need to run the service, such as hosting, payments, and flight data feeds. Anything you tell us in the course of support, including pricing, customers, and operating practices, is treated as confidential.
Your data
Your operational records are yours. You can export tickets, invoice lines, tasks, and aircraft records to CSV at any time, including while cancelling. On request we will delete your organization's data after your account closes, subject to any records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Availability and limits of liability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and outages can occur, including in the hardware receiver and third-party data feeds. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced by email to account administrators before they take effect. Price changes come with at least 30 days' notice, and your current rate is honored through any period you have already paid for.
