Inbound radar runs on a small receiver at your field, so your traffic picture does not depend on a public feed. Plug it in, and the app starts tracking — even when nobody has the app open. The receiver is included from the Ops plan up, since that is where live ADS-B lives; the Ramp plan is ground ops only and ships no hardware.
