Send the completed turn back in one record.

The turn closes when it departs, and the complete record exports as CSV.

If you own the FBO

See what the ramp recorded this month without rebuilding it from slips and texts.

  • Service records: every gallon, fee and product on the trip
  • Unbilled services detector so nothing walks off unrecorded
  • Ramp fee rules with automatic fuel waivers
  • CSV export into whatever accounting you already run

If you run the line

See the tail, the spot, and the next job on one screen in your pocket.

  • Desk-to-line task relay with alerts that actually get noticed
  • Glove Mode: oversized targets for winter and daylight
  • Log fuel in three taps from anywhere on the ramp
  • Hangar layout with FILO parking so nothing gets buried

Your own ADS-B receiver

Inbound radar runs on a small receiver at your field, not a public feed, and keeps tracking with nobody watching. Included from the Ops plan up; the Ramp plan is ground ops only and ships no hardware.

Hardware guide

The details

What do we have to install?

A small ADS-B receiver at your field on the Ops plan and up. It plugs into power and your network, and we walk you through it. The app itself runs in a browser on the phones and computers you already have.

How long until we're running?

The desk and line can be working the same day you sign up. The receiver goes in whenever the hardware arrives and you have a spot with a view of the sky.

Does it replace our back office?

BravoRelay records fuel, services, products, fees, and invoice numbers, then exports the complete ramp record to the back office you already use.

What if the internet drops?

Phones keep working offline and send their updates when they reconnect. The receiver keeps listening and catches the board up.

Who can see our data?

Only your people. Each FBO's aircraft, tasks and tickets are isolated from every other FBO on the system.

How is it priced?

Per location, not per aircraft or per movement. Adding another busy week costs you nothing extra.
